7. Ranch Potato Soup by Johnson Home NC

My mom has made the best potato soup in the world since I was in the 6th grade (I’m like a whole lot older now). She uses Ranch seasoning and BACON in this one! Those are showstoppers for this soup recipe and should be in the name, honestly.
Be sure to jazz this winter soup up with cheese, bacon crumbles, and perhaps even diced green onions.
For real, try this one ASAP! Then come back and let me know what you think in the comment section.

All the warm and cozy vibes are radiating from this bowl of cheesy broccoli chicken chowder! Take a look at what’s in this thick, rich, and gluten-free soup bowl:
INGREDIENTS
- 5 1/2 Tbsp Butter, divided (you will use this total amount but at different times in the recipe)
- 4 Medium Carrots, chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery, finely chopped
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic (alternatively, you can use 2 tsp of this Organic Minced Garlic– it is GF!)
- 3 cups Swanson Chicken Broth (**Note: this isn’t my top pick for a clean chicken broth, but it is GF and some of the others are not expressly, so I chose this for this recipe!)

- 1-2 heads of broccoli (depending on how much you want in your chowder), florets chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
