Method
- In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of self-rising flour, 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough is formed.
- Lightly dust a clean countertop or surface. Roll out the dough in to a circle with a thickness you're okay with.
- Aim for 1/2 inch thick dough.
- Cut out about 8 biscuits.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper touching one another.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove biscuits from the oven to brush on melted butter.
