Iced and refreshing, there’s a lemonade recipe below just waiting on you to freshly squeeze it! Enjoy these summer drinks.

Please see my Disclosure Statement.
1. Wild Violet Lemonade

Just in time for spring foraging, wild violets are making their appearance in early March. Ripe for the foraging harvest, wild violets make a wonderful addition to fresh lemonade.
When foraging, use smart practices and double check your harvest before consuming.
The sisters at Fox Farm Home will walk you through the details of foraging the right Wild Violets when you read their blog post below in its entirety then grab their recipe for Wild Violet Lemonade and Syrup.
2. Lilac Cordial with Lemons

Julia found a wonderful Victorian cookbook at a flea market with this gem of a recipe inside. If you’ve got yourself an unruly lilac shrub like she does, here is a fantastic way to use those blossoms! A homegrown and homemade lilac cordial with lemons makes a summer drink worth indulging in.
3. Lavender Lemonade

Deliciously fresh and floral, this lemonade is teeming with all kinds of healthy benefits when the lavender is steeped into lavender tea. A perfectly refreshing beverage after tending to your garden on a warm, sunny day.
Perhaps consider using that sun’s heat to steep the lavender tea as directed in this recipe or even make some Sun Tea.
There are lots of nonalcoholic beverages to enjoy as a summer drink in your cup. This lavender lemonade is slightly tart and fabulously floral. You’ll love it!
4. Elderberry Lemonade

Reese lets us know this is the perfect summer drink on those hot days! And the immune boosting benefits are something to get excited about when it comes to a summer sipper like this one.
Head over to Planted Home and get all the details for this beautiful beverage, Elderberry Lemonade.
5. Nettle and Mint Lemonade

At the writing of this blog, mint is springing forth to life again in the garden (and slightly out of control already and despite my best pruning efforts in the fall) and the nettle was a beautiful sight on my friend’s farm this week. Just waiting to be picked!
What better way to grab some medicinal goodness right from your own yard than to forage it and turn it into a delightful drink? Enjoy this nettle and mint lemonade recipe.
Call me crazy but I’m already seeing mint and nettle dried out and saved together in a pre-packaged “nettle and mint lemonade mix” for steeping into tea later in the year when I get a hankering!
Oh and wear gloves when foraging nettle! It’s not called stinging nettle for no reason.
6. No Sugar 3 Ingredients Lemonade

Kayla has found the best way to make a healthy lemonade using simple ingredients with real sweetener, no sugar!
Move over, Country Time, there’s a much healthier lemonade in town. Freshly squeezed will take you a little longer but there’s nothing wrong with a bottle of lemon juice purchased at the store for this recipe neither.
Check out all the details for this easy recipe at the Growing Through Gaps blog and get this one added to your nonalcoholic summer drinks list ASAP!
7. Probiotic Sparkling Lemonade (water kefir lemonade)

Nourish and Heal offers us this incredible recipe for a probiotic sparkling lemonade or some may call it a water kefir lemonade. Either way it looks exciting and I bet it tastes even better. Water kefir grains are on the goal board for one day.
Adding a boost of probiotics, cheers to some extra gut health in the form of a bubbly bevy!
