10 Winter Themed Non-Alcoholic or Mocktail Beverages
These recipes have been collected from my friends over at Farmhouse on Boone‘s Create Your Blog Dream course Facebook group. The authors have willingly let me use their recipe specifically for this post.

1. The Best Iced Coffee Punch by Third Blessed Farmhouse
Say less, friend! She had me at “coffee“. And it’s a punch!?
Look at this incredibly short ingredient list:
- Instant Coffee (or if you don’t have it, strong brewed coffee will work too)
- Water
- Sugar
- Salt
- Milk
- Ice Cream
- Ice Cubes

2. The Best Clean Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer by Life on Broom Sage Hill
Move over, pumpkin spice. You had your moment. Now it’s time for PEPPERMINT to shine!
If you like coffee and you like winter flavors, peppermint mocha is your friend! The odd combination of mint and chocolate that shouldn’t go together but are a match made in Heaven. This is the coffee creamer recipe for you. Perhaps it’ll even go well in the iced coffee punch recipe above?
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Pyure Organic Stevia Sweetener
- 2 1/4 cups Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk (if I can’t find Organic, I look for cleaner ingredients and non-GMO at the least)
- 1 cup Organic Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 drops of quality peppermint essential oil
As with any recipe, don’t be afraid to play around with some of the ingredients. If you prefer to use honey or cane sugar, go for it. If you need more or less sweet, do it, friend!

3. Easy Homemade Wassil Recipe by Fox Farm Home
Honestly, what is a winter season without at least one mug of warm wassil? This is the epitome of cozy winter goodness. All the scents and flavors of the season in one cup!
Bonus: you get to enjoy the aroma throughout your home of a pot of wassil simmering on your stove.
Ingredients:
- apple cider
- orange juice
- nutmeg
- cinnamon sticks
- brown sugar
- navel orange
- whole cloves

4. Easy Winter Mocktail: Merry Berry by Johnson Home NC
This wintry beverage boasts fruity flavors and fresh rosemary without a sugar overload. You can enjoy several glasses of this beverage without the calorie guilt. You may make this winter mocktail in small or large batches.
Fresh Ingredients:
- 1 bag organic cranberries, rinsed
- 16 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 orange, washed
- 1 liter club soda
- 1/2 cup organic sugar or local raw honey
- 8-10 sprigs rosemary, washed

5. Simple Homemade Non-Alcoholic Eggnog by The Homey Lif3
Ma Ingalls approves this recipe.
Eggs, milk, cream, and spices make up this deliciously famous winter themed non-alcoholic beverage perfect for a winter wedding or Christmas dinner.
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup pure cream
- 3/4 cup sweetener I prefer a mixture of maple syrup and rapadura but any sweetener will do.
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

6. Butterbeer Recipe (non-alcoholic) by Home Sweet Harps
Calling all Potterheads… or just anyone who enjoys sipping on their dessert! Butterbeer is here and never you fear, friend! This one is non-alcoholic.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp butterscotch sauce
- 12 ounces cream soda
- Whipped cream
- Extra butterscotch sauce as a topping

7. Danish Cranberry Glogg by Blue Tea Tile
To be honest, I don’t recall ever hearing of a glogg or maybe I’m just unsure of what it is. Of course, I had to check it out and after seeing this recipe, I had to include it in this winter themed mocktails beverages list!
A Nordic Christmas time hot drink sounds exactly like what I need, you too?
Ingredients:
- Cranberry juice
- Star anise
- Cloves
- Caster sugar with molasses
- Muscat powder
- Cinnamon sticks

8. 6 Fall Kombucha Cocktail and Mocktail Recipes by Grow Create Sip
I recently heard about Farmhouse Teas on Simple Farmhouse Living’s podcast. CeAnne gives great information about business and her teas.
In her blog post, these 6 fall kombucha recipes are great for mocktails or cocktails and the flavors are fantastic for both fall and winter. The apple cider kombucha looks incredible, as does the cinnamon cranberry kombucha.
Apple Cider Kombucha Ingredients:
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 2-3 dashes orange bitters
- 16 oz Brewed Kombucha
- 2 tsp Farmhouse Teas Apple Pie Kombucha Flavoring

9. Easy Dark Chocolate Hot Chocolate Homemade Recipe by Brick House on Green
What’s a winter themed beverage list without a HOT CHOCOLATE?! And dark chocolate at that. Add a candy cane and it’s a sweet, wintry mug of perfection.

Easy to whip up for any winter themed gathering or party. Perfect for a winter wedding too!
Super Short Ingredient List:
- 4 oranges (organic is best)
- 24 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 33.8 oz (1.06 QT) S. Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1/4 cup raw unfiltered honey
